The RoleAs Head of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing, you’ll take the lead on shaping and delivering a high-impact, multi-channel digital strategy that drives revenue, profitability and long-term growth. This is a senior, hands‑on role for an experienced leader who thrives on combining commercial thinking with creativity, data and brand storytelling.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and optimising website performance to maximise trading, UX, conversion rate and average order value
- Leading the full paid digital marketing mix, with a strong focus on PPC and Meta, while developing emerging channels
- Setting and managing net revenue forecasts, budgets and ROAS targets in line with P&L objectives
- Driving continual improvements across the customer journey, from first click through to delivery
- Creating and delivering the online content, promotional and campaign strategy to drive traffic and sales
- Leading website development projects across functionality, UX and design to deliver a best‑in‑class ecommerce experience
- Managing CRM strategy, segmentation, affiliates and third‑party agency partners
- Ensuring site security, compliance (PCI, GDPR) and seamless integrations across platforms
- Leading, mentoring and developing a high‑performing ecommerce team while contributing to wider business strategy
You’re a confident, commercially minded ecommerce leader with proven experience driving growth through performance marketing. You bring a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital channels, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution. A natural collaborator, you build strong relationships across teams and agencies, communicate clearly, and lead with energy, precision and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
