Role Overview

This is a pivotal role for an experienced technical product manager who will shape and execute the company’s AI product direction. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll define how AI and data can unlock new commercial opportunities and deliver tangible customer outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

• Deliver and own the AI product roadmap, identifying opportunities to drive measurable business and customer value
• Work with engineering and data science teams to design, scope, and deploy scalable AI solutions
• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical, customer-facing features that improve operational outcomes
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to take AI products to market and drive adoption across the customer base
• Conduct discovery and validation with customers to test, refine, and scale AI use cases
• Define success metrics and track impact to ensure AI investments deliver ROI
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI/ML and champion innovation internally

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of technical product management experience
• Experience of managing AI/ML-based products used in real-world environments
• Understanding of the full ML lifecycle—from data ingestion and model training to productisation and measurement
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and commercial mindset
