This is a pivotal role within a business that sees data and AI as core strategic enablers. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI‑driven solutions that generate measurable commercial impact.

The successful candidate will bring strong experience across Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), advanced analytics, and enterprise-grade deployment. You will operate across the full lifecycle — from ideation and experimentation through to production and optimisation.

• 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end data science solutions in enterprise environments
• A strong blend of engineering discipline and research‑led innovation
• A proactive problem‑solver who translates complex datasets into meaningful business outcomes
• Experience leading AI initiatives from concept through to deployment
• Commercial awareness with the ability to align technical delivery to business value

• Analyse large volumes of structured and unstructured data to extract actionable insights
• Design and optimise AI pipelines, including:
  • LLM-powered applications
  • Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
  • Model fine‑tuning workflows
• Develop scalable production systems using Python, SQL, No
