Join our IT team and gain hands‑on experience in managing technical systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting company‑wide digital infrastructure.
Responsibilities- ✔️ Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
- ✔️ Monitor and maintain IT systems, including servers, databases, and websites
- ✔️ Set up and configure new employee devices and accounts
- ✔️ Assist in maintaining cybersecurity measures and regular system updates
- ✔️ Troubleshoot and document user‑reported problems effectively
- ✔️ Maintain inventory of hardware and software licenses
- ✔️ Provide support during website or CRM updates and deployments
- ✔️ Assist in documenting IT procedures and manuals
- ✔️ Collaborate with external vendors and service providers
- ✔️ Help ensure data backups and recovery processes are in place
