Overview

We are looking for Innovation & Research Interns who are passionate about exploring new technologies and business opportunities. This internship provides exposure to R&D, product innovation, and emerging IT trends, giving you a chance to contribute ideas that shape the company’s future direction.

• Assist in researching emerging IT and business technologies.
• Support feasibility studies for new projects.
• Help document innovation proposals and whitepapers.
• Collaborate with teams on proof-of-concept projects.
• Assist in prototyping new products and solutions.
• Support competitor and industry research analysis.
• Contribute to idea-generation sessions and hackathons.
• Assist in documenting research methodologies and findings.
• Help prepare innovation reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with developers on experimental features.
• Support grant and funding for R&D projects.
• Assist in benchmarking against global innovation practices.
• Shadow innovation managers in client-facing discussions.
• Contribute to strategy sessions for product innovation.
• Research sustainability and green IT opportunities.
• Support the building of innovation knowledge libraries.
