You'll work closely with the Pricing & Underwriting Leadership team to deliver actionable insights to key decision-makers. Your analysis will identify critical metrics and KPIs that shape business strategy.

• Proactively analyse data to answer key stakeholder questions and investigate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate methods and tools
• Develop and maintain data sources, building scripts that make evaluation processes more flexible and scalable
• Assist business areas with finding, building, and understanding data sources
• Provide technical input and effective data analysis to support project deliverables
• Oversee data quality, reviewing outputs against standards and identifying process improvements
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding departmental needs and influencing data-backed change
• Produce clear documentation and present findings using visual, verbal and written skills to make complex concepts accessible
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and accuracy, developing protocols for data handling and processing

• Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

• Data-focused background with analyst role experience
• Experience working in Financial Services environment
• Similar role experience in B2B environment

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Detail-focused with clear passion for building data journeys that enhance analytics experience
