Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth system integration, deployment, and release management.
• Monitor system performance using AI-driven analytics and monitoring tools, identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements.
• Provide IT consulting services by assessing existing systems and identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automation.
• Guide the selection and adoption of technologies, platforms, and AI tools aligned with organizational objectives and business goals.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging AI solutions that drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business value.
• Support the implementation of new AI-enabled systems and ensure successful integration with existing business and technology environments.
• Oversee website performance, content quality, search visibility, and user experience using AI-powered analytics and personalization tools.
• Monitor website traffic patterns, detect anomalies, and strengthen cybersecurity through AI-based monitoring and threat detection capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, developers, and business users to deliver functional, user-focused, and data-driven digital improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, technical systems, automation processes, and AI-driven operational procedures.
• Ensure the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of artificial intelligence while maintaining compliance with data governance and security standards.
• Stay up to date with evolving AI technologies, industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve business and technology solutions.
