Digital Marketing Apprentice

Campaign Support
  • Set up paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and Linked In
  • Support keyword research, audience research and competitor analysis
  • Upload ad creative and verify tracking URLs
  • Monitor live campaigns and flag issues to your manager
  • Support A/B testing of ad copy, visuals and landing pages
Reporting and Analytics
  • Pull weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Update dashboards and track KPIs
  • Help analyse campaign results and identify patterns

    Support the use of Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Ensure campaign data is recorded accurately
Content and Multi‑Channel Support
  • Assist with organic social scheduling and content planning
  • Support email marketing campaigns from build through to basic reporting
  • Coordinate with creative teams on asset requirements
  • Keep messaging consistent across every channel
Learning and Development
  • Complete apprenticeship coursework and assessments
  • Attend internal training sessions
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and digital trends
  • Progress towards managing smaller campaigns independently over time
What you’ll bring
  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and a willingness to learn
  • Organised, comfortable managing deadlines
  • Comfortable working with data and interpreting results
  • Good written communication skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths, or willingness to complete Functional Skills if needed
  • Full UK driving licence required
