UX Designer - FTC

Position: UX Designer - 24 mth FTC
UX Designer 24 month Fixed Term Contract - 2 days a week onsite in West London Up to £53,000 per annum, good pension contributions, 25 days holiday I'm currently partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit / Charity to recruit a User Experience (UX) Designer on a 24-month FTC within a collaborative digital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape impactful digital experiences across projects spanning fundraising, online collections, and immersive digital initiatives.

You'll play a key role across the full product lifecycle-from discovery through to delivery-ensuring user needs are at the heart of every decision.

Key responsibilities:

Lead user research, testing, and insight gathering to inform design decisions Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes Drive data-led UX improvements, including CRO and A/B testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, development) Champion a user-centred, iterative design approach across the organisation

What we're looking for:

Strong experience in UX design, research, and optimisation Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative data Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes
