Birmingham Newman University is seeking a part-time IT Service Desk Technician to work on Mondays and Tuesdays. In this role, you will provide first-line support on the busy IT Service Desk and manage call logging and queries from staff, students, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent IT skills especially in Microsoft 365, and a willingness to learn. Benefits include 35 days annual leave, a pension scheme, and staff development opportunities.
