• 45-50/hr

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure performance.
• Deliver data-driven insights that influence business decisions.
• Support forecasting, modeling, and strategic initiatives.
• Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows.

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Business Inteligence
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience translating complex data into executive-level insights and presentations.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data governance practices and reporting standards.
• Experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, or forecasting.
• Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, Python, R, or Azure Dev Ops.
