VIQU IT is seeking a Senior Software Support Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes. You will own complex 3rd line software incidents and leverage your SQL and T-SQL skills to support data issues and debug procedures.
In this role, you will conduct root cause analysis, mentor 2nd line colleagues, and communicate directly with customers. This position is on-site four days a week and offers a salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus bonus.
