We’re seeking a Service Now Architect who wants to grow their career and delight customers through a hybrid of project and foundational activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in solutioning, designing and implementing Service Now solutions to improve business processes and improve user experiences.

In this role you will work closely with our technology teams as well as our Automation Development team. The focus of all our staff is to enhance and transform our customer platforms and experience for the better.

As an integral part of our Service Now team, you’ll have fantastic opportunities to develop both yourself and our collective. As part of the team, you’ll be empowered to:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Service Now applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Service Now platforms, ensuring architectural integrity and consistency across all Service Now modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the Service Now development team to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
• Stay up to date with Service Now releases and enhancements, ensuring customer platforms leverage the best features and functionalities to drive innovation.

• Experience in Service Now development and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing Service Now solutions across various modules.
• Service Now CAD and CIS certifications are preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
