** Technical Support Engineer
** to join its growing UK team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in
** technical support, networking or access control systems
** who enjoys troubleshooting, solving customer issues and working with innovative security technology.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide technical support via phone and email
* Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues
* Manage and update support tickets through Freshdesk
* Deliver excellent customer service to UK and international customers
* Escalate complex issues where required
* Maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation
* Work closely with internal technical teams and third-party partners
** Requirements
* ** Experience supporting Access Control systems or similar technology
* Good networking knowledge
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to manage multiple support enquiries effectively
* Passion for technology and delivering a great customer experience
** Desirable
* ** SQL Management Studio experience
* Security industry knowledge
* Experience with scripting languages and API/SDK integrations
