Key Responsibilities
- Providing L3 support across the breadth of Azure services, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, Terraform, containers, subscription and tenant management, Azure Dev Ops, and Azure security.
- Build, maintain and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform to align with evolving business requirements efficiently.
- Automate workflows and processes using Logic Apps, Azure Functions or other tools.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud performance, availability, and reliability issues.
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met using Azure policies, roles and permissions.
- Design, maintain and enhance a portfolio of Terraform scripts to align with evolving business requirements.
- Implement Azure infrastructure and services in line with designs, standards, and guidance set by the Azure & Infrastructure Team Leader.
- Member of an on‑call rota for out‑of‑hours P1 major incidents.
- Hands‑on commercial experience as an Azure administrator or engineer, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services and features, such as Azure management, Terraform, containers, private endpoints, Azure networking (VNets, VPN, peering), and Azure compute and storage services.
- Experience in using Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub, or other tools for version control and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and tools, such as Azure Security Center or Azure Key Vault.
- Certification in Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Developer Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or Azure Solutions Architect Expert is a plus.
