We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst within the Digital Technology & Services department. As a Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting solution design and architecture activities across the organisation. Working alongside Solution Architects and technical teams, you will help analyse requirements, contribute to technical designs, and ensure solutions align with business goals, standards, and governance.

- Technical Analysis and Design Support:

- Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers and partners to gather and clarify requirements.
- Assist in producing architectural documentation, design artefacts and meeting outputs.
- Participate in governance forums to support effective oversight of solution delivery.
- Help ensure solutions comply with data protection, information security and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the technology roadmap.
- Research technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reuse existing components.
- Support the resolution of technical issues and contribute to structured analysis of solution challenges.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
