Senior Digital Business Analyst

Salary: £48,000 - 55,000 per year

• Proven experience as a Digital Business Analyst on web and digital transformation projects
• Strong experience defining UX requirements and mapping customer journeys
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
• Good understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and message structures
• Experience working closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and Test teams
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable challenging, questioning, and uncovering the root cause of business problems
• Experience working in Agile environments and thriving in fast-moving delivery teams
• Pragmatic, adaptable, and solutions-focused with a passion for digital technology

• Gather and refine requirements across business, product, and technology teams
• Define UX requirements and map end-to-end user journeys
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
• Work across the full delivery lifecycle to support platform improvements
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, Test teams, and key business stakeholders
• Drive platform enhancements and improve customer experiences
