• Provide line management and leadership to the support team
• Provide hands on technical support
• Smooth operation of internal IT systems
• Support internal and external stakeholders
• Develop teams’ capability and line management
• Resolve service requests and incidents
• Onsite and remote support
• Manage IT support ticket systems
• Manage technical licenses and work with vendors
• Install and update applications
• Setup and manage existing user accounts – permissions, passwords

• Line management of a technical team
• Budget management and cost reporting
• Experience managing through an ITSM system and services
• Technical project management experience
• Cyber security tools such as EDR, anti-virus, vulnerability management, scripting
• Support of office applications: O365, Teams, Email, Mobile
• Firewall configuration – Palo Alto devices
• Network protocols – VPNs, LANs, DNS, DHCP, Wireless
• Managing accounts:
  Active Directory, Entra
• IT hardware experience:
  Desktop, Laptops, iOS, Android
