Dignity Group is seeking an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our Birmingham-based IT team, providing first-line support to colleagues across the business.
You will troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remote support and face-to-face interactions, owning incidents through to resolution and ensuring an excellent user experience. This is a permanent, office-based role in Sutton Coldfield with some travel.
