We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead software development projects and ensure successful delivery from planning through completion.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Organize Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare project documentation and regular status reports.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Click Up, Trello, Asana, or
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Technical background in software development or information technology.
• Experience managing web, cloud, AI, or SaaS projects.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
