We are seeking an experienced Service Now Service Mapping Consultant to support the delivery of Service Now ITOM by creating accurate, end-to-end service maps across a complex enterprise environment.

Working closely with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams, you will analyse application dependencies and build service maps aligned to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), improving service visibility and impact analysis.

• Design and build Service Now Service Maps for enterprise applications
• Analyse application architectures, infrastructure dependencies and service relationships
• Configure and enhance Service Mapping patterns
• Validate relationships across Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services and CIs
• Work with technical teams to ensure mapping accuracy and resolve issues
• Support testing, validation and optimisation of Service Mapping solutions

• Strong hands-on experience with Service Now ITOM and Service Mapping
• Expertise in Service Now Discovery, CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with application dependency mapping and service modelling
• Ability to customise Service Mapping patterns and troubleshoot mapping issues
• Strong understanding of enterprise application and infrastructure architectures
