Square One Resources is seeking an experienced Service Now Service Mapping Consultant to support ITOM initiatives in a Midlands hybrid setup (1 day onsite). You will design end-to-end service maps and analyse application dependencies to improve visibility and impact analysis.
Working with Application Owners, Architects and Infrastructure teams, you will tailor mapping patterns, validate CI relationships and help test and optimise Service Mapping solutions across a complex enterprise.
