- Lead and support the delivery of AI and automation projects from concept through to implementation.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and develop innovative technology‑led solutions.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into practical workflows and user‑focused solutions.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Drive successful adoption of new technologies through communication, engagement, and training.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Monitor outcomes and use data analytics to measure success and identify further opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider Tax business to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience with in Tax Technology, either in‑house or in a client‑facing environment.
- Knowledge of tax compliance and advisory processes.
- A keen interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
- Experience translating business requirements into user stories, workflows, process maps, or solution designs.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to support decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive approach with a focus on delivering tangible results.
