West Midlands Police is seeking a Service Improvement Specialist to help maintain and grow ISO accreditation within the Digital Forensic Unit and related teams. You will validate software and hardware, explore vendor tools, and research emerging technologies to improve capabilities.
You will produce evidential reports and SOPs for Technical Managers, support training and competency assessments, and assist in expanding the scope of accreditation with proactive methods.
