Fawkes & Reece London is seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst for a full-time, permanent role in Birmingham. You will handle IT incidents and service requests, log them in the ITSM system, and strive for first-time fixes while meeting SLAs.
You will provide 2nd line support for End Users (including VIPs), coordinate with 3rd line teams, maintain asset records, and contribute to knowledge base and security practices.
