IT Business Partner / IT Manager

£80,pa
3 days per week onsite (Birmingham)
A growing client of mine is looking for a IT Business Partner to join their team in a newly created role.
The focus of the role is to improve and modernise back‑office systems, with Net Suite at the core. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to review what’s in place today and lead the selection and implementation of new systems across CRM, HR and the wider tech stack.
What you’ll be doing :- Acting as the link between IT and the business
- Improving and developing the Net Suite environment
- Leading system selection and implementation projects (CRM, HR, etc.)
- Bringing structure and maturity to back‑office technology
- Working with external vendors where needed
- Solid experience in a similar IT Business Partner / systems role
- Strong Net Suite experience
- Proven track record delivering system implementations
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
