Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Camberley , is looking for a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist! The successful candidate will become the internal subject matter expert for Hub Spot and play a central role in developing marketing automation, analytics, AI-enabled tools , and digital best practices across the business. Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist Up to £60,000 DOE Monday – Thursday , and on a Friday.

Job Description Own and optimise Hub Spot CRM and Marketing Hub functionality, including workflows, lead management, automation, reporting, and campaign tracking. Build dashboards and provide actionable insights to support marketing and sales performance. Support sales enablement through Hub Spot training, KPI reporting, and integration with connected platforms and APIs. Apply AI tools and marketing technologies to improve efficiency, segmentation, reporting, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to support digital campaigns, platform improvements, and best practice adoption.
