Freightliner Group Ltd is seeking a National Operations Centre (NOC) Support Operative in Birmingham. You will assist internal and external customers using VBS, GMS, TOPS and IPRO systems, delivering professional customer service and accurate data handling.
The role includes training new users, managing system exceptions, maintaining data integrity, and providing first-line IPRO support. A 24/7 shift pattern and opportunities for progression are offered within a supportive, award-winning team.
