Innovation Coordinator

ISS is recruiting for an Innovation Coordinator to support the delivery of innovation initiatives across the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) account.

Reporting to the Analytics & Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating innovation projects, managing the Service Point Hub (SPH) platform, and helping introduce new technologies and smarter ways of working that improve operational performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate innovation projects and support the delivery of new technologies and operational improvements.
• Manage and develop the Service Point Hub (SPH), ensuring it remains an effective communication and operational platform.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to improve service delivery across the DWP account.
• Work closely with stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for:

• Experience coordinating projects, innovation programmes, or business improvement initiatives.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using reporting and project management tools such as Power BI, Excel, or
• An interest in emerging technologies and continuous improvement with the ability to turn ideas into practical solutions.
