, we’re passionate about delivering innovative supply chain and customer service solutions for some of the world’s leading brands. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at our Hams Hall site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated project professional to lead a range of IT and business change initiatives, working with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through to implementation and handover.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets and resource requirements.
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation plans are in place.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and third-party suppliers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed scope, quality and governance standards.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing IT or business change projects.
  • Strong project planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Experience working with recognised project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile or similar is desirable.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.
