We are working with a leading consultancy looking to hire an Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Oracle Cloud EPM transformation programmes. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, owning the EPM solution from initial strategy and design through to successful delivery and go-live. This is a high-impact role where you will lead workshops, shape solution architecture, influence key design decisions and guide delivery teams across complex EPM programmes.
It's an opportunity to combine deep EPM expertise with strategic client engagement, solution ownership and leadership across some of the most complex Oracle transformation programmes in the market.
- Lead the architecture and design of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
- Own the customer relationship from a solution perspective.
- Lead discovery, requirements and solution design workshops.
- Advise senior stakeholders on how Oracle EPM can support their finance transformation objectives.
- Take ownership of Planning solutions across PBCS / EPBCS, from initial design through to delivery.
- Bring wider EPM modules into the solution where appropriate, including FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS and PCMCS.
- Guide functional and technical consultants responsible for configuration and build.
- Oversee integration, data, governance and wider solution dependencies.
- Support proposals, bids and pre-sales activity for new EPM programmes.
- Extensive Oracle EPM implementation experience.
- Strong PBCS / EPBCS and Planning expertise
- Experience leading EPM solutions or work streams from initial design through to go-live.
- Ability to understand both the finance process and the Oracle solution required to support it.
- FCCS experience would be an advantage.
- Exposure to the wider Oracle EPM Cloud suite is highly desirable.
- Strong customer-facing skills and confidence advising senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading delivery teams rather than solely operating as an individual contributor.
