What You'll Do:- Design and implement cutting-edge platform solutions that meet the evolving needs of public services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a strategic technology roadmap.
- Ensure the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability in all platform solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to explore new technologies and methodologies.
- Lead initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all engineering functions.
- Extensive experience in platform architecture, cloud services, and Dev Ops practises.
- Proven track record in leading engineering teams within the Government and Public Sector.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
