We're working with a well-established organisation looking to add an HRIS Specialist to its HR technology function.

This is a hands-on role focused on the day-to-day ownership, support and continuous improvement of the organisation's HR systems. You'll work across HR, Payroll and L&D, helping ensure systems are reliable, data is accurate, and processes are as efficient as possible.

It would suit someone who already has good experience working with HRIS platforms and wants a role where they can take greater ownership of systems, enhancements and HR technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting and maintaining core HR systems across the organisation, ensuring system reliability, security and data integrity.
• Acting as a key point of contact for HRIS queries, troubleshooting system issues and supporting users across HR, Payroll and L&D.
• Configuring and implementing system changes, enhancements, new modules and upgrades.
• Supporting integrations between HR platforms and wider business systems.
• Working with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate these into practical system solutions.
