WMCA is seeking a Senior Resource & Workflow Manager to shape how technology, data, product and ops teams deliver value across RUN and CHANGE. You will own capacity, demand, skills and utilisation, enabling leaders to prioritise and forecast effectively.
The role focuses on lean, agile workflow management in a complex matrix environment, collaborating with Directors, product teams, data engineers and the PMO. This is a 12-month FTC and a chance to build scalable processes that support growth.
