We are recruiting a Software Account Manager for a rapidly growing technology business. This is a newly created position offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving.

Working closely with the sales team, software developers, project managers and customers, you will play a pivotal role in understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, designing software solutions and supporting projects from initial concept through to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer site visits, surveys and technical discovery meetings.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate software solutions.
• Support the sales team throughout the pre-sales process.
• Produce technical proposals, solution designs and customer presentations.
• Deliver software demonstrations and participate in customer workshops.
• Work alongside software developers, engineers and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
