Requirements

Youwill playan important rolein bridging the gap between all business stakeholders, both internal and external, including Sales, Project Management, Technical Architecture, Development, QA Testing, and service support colleagues. You will take ownership to understand the change needs of our clients, investigate business problems and opportunities, and facilitate the delivery of appropriate changesthrough the application of business analysis techniques and documentation. For this role you are:

• Performing discoveries and are comfortable with planning, conducting,analysing and communicating findings that ground design decisions against user needs.
• An intellectually curious, creative problem solver and passionate about solving business problems by creating inclusive, accessible services for a diverse user population.
• Collaborative and supportive, and you enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment. You are comfortable working with the different technical experts being part of a multidisciplinary team.
