Our 18 month scheme fast tracks you to your first role in IT and we’ll make sure you have every opportunity to learn all the necessary technical skills needed to support our frontline pubs and restaurants but also for a successful career in IT. You’ll learn loads on the job and through a range of placements throughout the IT function.

Every placement has real purpose. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, work alongside experienced IT professionals and gain exposure to different parts of our business.

• Pub, Bar or Restaurant placements (Weeks 2 to
  3)
• Rotational placements across the IT Function - Security and Compliance, Architecture, Business Analysis and Service Operations (Month 2 to 12)
• 2 further placements of your choice that align to your interests and strengths (Months 13 – 18)
