LEAD COLLECTIONS ANALYST SALARY BETWEEN £50,000-£80,000 NOTTINGHAM 4 DAYS A WEEK IN-OFFICE Harnham are working with a leading analytics and data-driven organisation to recruit a Lead Analyst into their growing team. THE ROLE As a Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing portfolio performance, uncovering trends, and delivering insights that drive better decision-making. This role combines technical analysis with regular client and stakeholder engagement, making strong communication skills essential. Specifically, you can expect to be involved in:
Analysing portfolio performance and identifying key trends, opportunities, and risks. Producing reporting and insight generation to support operational and strategic decisions. Presenting findings and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting process optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and outcomes. Developing customer segmentation strategies and analytical frameworks. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Lead Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. Experience delivering analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Background in portfolio analytics, collections, insolvency, credit risk, or a related analytical environment. Experience using Python would be advantageous. BENEFITS The successful Lead Analyst will receive a salary up to 80,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
