West Sussex Job Type: Full-time Salary: £28-35k Are you a Digital Marketing Executive looking to join a creative team to enhance their online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement across various digital channels. Day-to-day duties of the role:
Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, PPC, email, social media, and display advertising. Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and report on ROI and key KPIs. Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Linked In. Support the content strategy by creating and scheduling engaging content across websites, blogs, and social platforms.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic visibility. Manage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement. Assist in email marketing campaigns, from creation to performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Support website updates and improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role or similar. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Desirable skills include experience with CMS platforms like Word Press, knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Hub Spot, basic understanding of HTML/CSS, experience with marketing automation tools, and graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
