HR Business Partner Technology

HR Business Partner / HR Leader / HR Manager / Head of HR / Technology / IT / Product / Engineering / Software Engineering | £400 £ 500/day or £90k FTC | Hybrid Solihull / Birmingham / West Midlands. Were looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing technology business on a high-profile 6-month assignment . This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with senior leaders across IT, Development, Engineering, Product and Design .

Youll assess the current people structure, work with department heads, review team performance and effectiveness, identify improvements, and drive succession planning and organisational development . Youll need to be a confident, commercially minded HR professional with extensive experience partnering with technology teams .

Experience with in a Tech business would be ideal, but strong experience supporting internal IT/Technology functions will be equally relevant. The essentials:
