Crown Soft is a UK-based IT solutions company providing software development, web and mobile applications, cloud solutions, UI/UXdesign, cybersecurity and IT consultancy. The company deliverstailored digital solutions to improve business efficiency and performance.

Crown Soft also developed Allergen, a digital allergen management platform for restaurants and food businesses, helping them manageallergen information, digital menus, QR codes and customer access tofood allergen details.

The Marketing Executive Intern will support Crown Soft’s marketing activities by assisting with digital marketing campaigns, social media management, content creation, market research, lead generation and promotional activities. The role will involve creating and scheduling marketing content, monitoring campaign performance,researching market trends and competitors, supporting customer engagement and maintaining marketing records. The intern willwork closely with the management and business development teams to promote Crown Soft’s IT services and the Allergenplatform, develop brand awareness and support business growth.

Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Create marketing content for Crown Soft and Allergen.

Conduct market and competitor research.

Assist with lead generation and customer engagement.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Learn practical digital marketing, SEO, content strategy and analytics.
