Midland Health is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of our journey.
Midland Health is an established and rapidly growing private healthcare provider based in Edgbaston, Birmingham. We bring together private GP services, consultant-led specialist care, diagnostics and multidisciplinary healthcare under one roof, with a strong focus on accessibility, exceptional patient experience and high-quality clinical care.
As we continue to expand our services and digital presence, we are looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and turn data, creativity and technology into measurable growth.
THE ROLEThis is a hands-on role for someone who understands that great digital marketing isn't just about impressions and clicks, it's about leads, conversions, revenue and ROI
.
You will take responsibility for developing and delivering our digital marketing strategy across:
- SEO – growing organic visibility and maintaining strong rankings across our key healthcare services
- PPC – managing and optimising Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing and paid search campaigns
- Paid Social – including Meta campaigns and audience development and any new innovative ideas.
- Website & CRO – working with our developers to improve UX, landing pages, calls to action and conversion rates
- CRM & lead attribution – helping us understand where every enquiry comes from and what converts
- Content strategy – developing high-quality, SEO-led content alongside our clinical and marketing teams
- Email and digital campaigns – supporting patient engagement, retention and new service launches
- Marketing automation & AI – exploring new technologies to improve lead generation, qualification and customer journeys
- Performance reporting – creating clear dashboards and KPIs linking marketing spend to leads, bookings and revenue
You’ll work closely with our Medical Director, senior leadership team, and customer service teams, web developers and external specialist partners. You will manage at least one other marketing junior (Head of Search) and external social media agency.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORWe're looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on

You’ll ideally have:
- Strong experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar performance marketing role.
- CIM qualification.
- (Preferably Level 6 or 7, however level 5's will be considered) - Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEO and conversion optimisation
- Experience managing meaningful PPC budgets and demonstrating ROI
- A strong understanding of Meta and paid social
- Confidence using analytics and data to make commercial decisions
- Experience with CRM systems, lead attribution and marketing funnels
- An understanding of website UX and CRO
- Experience managing agencies, developers and external suppliers and people in your team
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging digital marketing technology
Healthcare experience would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the commercial mindset, digital expertise and ambition to help us grow.
