Business Analyst (Technology Integration)
Contract Length: 4 Months Contract
Day Rate: £370 per day
IR35 Status:
Outside IR35
Location:
Birmingham (Hybrid, 1-2 days per week onsite)
We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to support a major business integration programme following a recent acquisition. The programme is currently in its discovery phase and is expected to run for approximately 12 months, with the initial 4-month engagement focused on Technology and IT work streams.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Conduct business process analysis and process mapping activities.
- Support technology integration work streams within a wider transformation programme.
- Analyse datasets and produce reporting using Excel and other relevant tools.
- Document current and future-state processes.
- Coordinate with business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery of technology change initiatives.
- Support application discovery, assessment, testing, and migration activities.
- Assist with end-user computing and device deployment projects.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives and user adoption activities.
- Proven Business Analysis experience within IT, technology, and transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops and documenting outcomes.
- Business process mapping and process improvement experience.
- Strong Excel and data analysis capability.
- Experience supporting desktop deployment and end-user computing projects.
- Windows 11 rollout experience.
- Knowledge of device deployment and decommissioning activities.
- Experience with application discovery, assessment, and testing.
- Exposure to Azure migration projects.
- Experience supporting SaaS application migrations and onboarding.
- Understanding of user access management, identity, and network-related processes.
- Ability to produce clear business and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting large-scale organisational change and integration programmes.
- Experience working on acquisition, merger, or integration programmes.
- Exposure to enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience working across multiple concurrent work streams
