Job Description & Summary About the roleJoin a growing Crisis and Resilience team helping organisations prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption. As a Senior Manager – Operational Resilience & Crisis Management, you will lead high-profile resilience, crisis management and business continuity engagements, with a particular focus on financial services clients and other regulated organisations.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to strengthen resilience capabilities, navigate regulatory expectations and protect important business services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships and leading teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. Hybrid working and client-site travel may be required.
What your days will look likeYou’llhelp clients strengthen resilience capabilities, protect criticalservices and respond effectively to disruption.
- Lead large-scale operational resilience, crisis management, businesscontinuityand cyber resilience engagements.
- Advisesenior executives and Boards on resilience strategy,regulationanddisruptionpreparedness.
- Design operational resilience capabilities, including service mapping, impact tolerances, scenariotestingand remediation.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and support business development, propositiondevelopmentand practice growth.
- You have led operational resilienceprogrammedesign or implementation.
- You have experience in crisis management, incident response, businesscontinuityor cyber resilience.
- You haveadvisedsenior stakeholders or Boards on resilience-related topics.
- You have managed complex programmes,teamsand delivery outcomes.
- You understand UK Operational Resilience regulations,DORAor related resilience frameworks.
- You have consulting experience or experience within a large, complex organisation.
