The firm
A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The roleYou will join the IT business analysis team and run analysis across several projects.
- Set project scope, goals and success measures
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Support projects from scoping through to benefits
- Run workshops, map and improve processes
- Support user testing
- Proven experience as a business analyst, ideally in legal, IT or professional services
- Good grasp of BA methods
- Able to explain technical points to non technical people
- Agile or large transformation experience would help
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
