Rexel UK is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to safeguard our enterprise data and support IAM processes across Joiner, Mover and Leaver life cycles. The role is a 9-month fixed term with a hybrid pattern: 2 days at home and 3 days at our head office in Birmingham (B26), working Monday to Friday 8:30am–5pm.
You will manage user access, enforce least privilege, support access reviews, and drive automation of IAM workflows.
