I’m supporting an organisation in the West Midlands that is going through a significant technology transformation and is looking for someone with strong hands-on Salesforce programme delivery experience
.
This isn’t a traditional people-management role. The focus is on someone who understands the technical delivery of a complex Salesforce implementation and can take ownership across multiple work streams, from design and integration through to testing, migration and go-live.
You’ll work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders and implementation partners to make sure the platform is delivered properly and embedded across the organisation.
What I’m looking for:- Good technical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem
, ideally including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud - Experience across system integrations, APIs, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live
- Comfortable working with Salesforce implementation partners / System Integrators
- Experience integrating Salesforce with wider enterprise systems such as billing, customer platforms, telephony, portals or reporting tools
- Able to manage technical dependencies, risks and multiple delivery work streams
- Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid technology delivery
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders while still being close to the detail
Experience with in utilities, energy, regulated industries or complex customer-service environments would be useful, but isn’t essential.
Location:West Midlands, hybrid working
Contract:12-month FTC with potential to extend
