Birmingham, Manchester or London. Rate: up to £800 per day inside IR35, with two days on site.
You will own recruitment across the Technology Management function, manage the pipeline, and decide build-or-buy options, including framework call-offs, ITT docs, supplier evaluation, and governance under public sector rules.
