Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant

We are currently partnered with one of the UKs most recognisable luxury retail businesses who operate one of the UK's most complex multi-cloud Salesforce platforms. They are now moving away from being partner led and building there own internal specialist team to drive forward enhancements, implantations and migrations across Salesforce and their wider tech stack.

The Marketing Cloud Consultant is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities across the business. The role allows for scalable, data-driven, and personalised customer engagement solutions are delivered in line with business objectives, governance standards, and customer experience expectations.

• Lead the design and optimisation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Support campaign delivery, customer journeys, segmentation, and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with CRM, Data, Digital, and Commercial teams to improve customer engagement.
• Define and maintain Marketing Cloud governance, standards, and best practices.
• Support integration between Marketing Cloud and enterprise platforms including Salesforce and customer data platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring across Marketing Cloud initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, consent management, and data governance requirements.
• Drive continuous optimisation of customer engagement technologies and processes.
• Support roadmap planning and delivery prioritisation.

• Proven experience within enterprise software delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and engineering practices.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience delivering scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
