Due to continued growth, there is potential for multiple permanent hires within an expanding specialist technology team. The team works with major global organisations to solve complex business challenges through technology, transformation and change.

These are pure technology positions operating within the emerging and rapidly developing area of Tax Technology. You do not need to be a tax specialist. Instead, the organisation is looking for experienced technology professionals who can act as the critical interface between clients, advisory specialists and technology teams.

Your new role:

Your client base will be major global blue-chip organisations working on complex and exciting technology business transformation programmes, helping clients understand their existing technology landscape, identify requirements and successfully implement change.

You will act as the technology bridge between the client and advisory teams, taking complex business requirements and translating them into clear technology requirements and solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Leading client conversations to identify, understand and challenge technology and business requirements.

* Acting as the key interface between clients, advisory specialists and technology teams.

* Mapping existing technology, systems, processes and architecture to understand the current environment.

* Supporting the development of future-state solutions and end-to-end technology design.

* Working across major technology deployment, transformation and change programmes.

* Translating complex client requirements into clear technology requirements and deliverables.

* Supporting projects throughout the life cycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering through to design, deployment and change.

* Working with multiple stakeholders across complex, international organisations to successfully deliver technology-led transformation.

What you'll need to succeed:

* A strong background in technology and experience working as Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers or a similar technology-focused position would be highly suited.

* Strong experience in requirements identification, discovery and stakeholder engagement.

* For Product Manager candidates, demonstrable depth of product management experience and the ability to translate business needs into technology requirements.

* Experience working across technology transformation, implementation, deployment or change programmes.

* The ability to understand and map existing technology, systems, processes and architecture.

* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with clients and senior stakeholders.

* The ability to operate as the bridge between business stakeholders, advisory specialists and technical teams.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively within complex transformation environments.

* Previous tax experience is not essential. These are technology roles, with successful candidates applying their technology expertise within the developing Tax Technology sector.
